FAQ

  • How can I pay?
You can pay in cash, by transfer or via the banking app. An invoice can be obtained if desired.
  • Are there any additional costs such as table rental?
The sessions take place at my home. The rental of the table is always included in my rates. You can park for free. Free drinks (water/coffee) and refreshments are provided.
  • What is the difference between annual subscriptions and flat rates?
Annual subscriptions are ideal for achieving your goals. A certain commitment is required of you and I will keep you on track. The higher frequency allows me to better adjust and support you. Above all, I am sure that you will receive quality training on a regular basis. It is a total approach. Flat rates are more for someone who wants a check-up. You can also use the flat rates on a regular basis, but there is less commitment on your part, which can quickly result in procrastination and poorer results.
  • What if I am too early or late for a session?
It is important that you stick to the agreed time. I have clients before and after you. If you arrive a little later due to traffic, please send me a message to keep me informed. If I have space, I will try to give the two hours of coaching. If another customer is booked after you, the time you are late will unfortunately be lost.
  • I'm already a good player. Do I still need coaching?
Are you achieving the results you aim for, are you satisfied with your game and do you feel comfortable at the table? If not, coaching can help you break through those barriers. Snooker is more than just hitting balls.
  • Can coaching also be given on location?
In order to help as many customers as possible in the best conditions and to work efficiently, I mainly receive customers at my home. In very specific cases I move. For example, someone from abroad who hires me for a few days. But then there will be extra costs charged, of course.
  • The price for coaching is on the high side. Is it worth that?
I have over 20 years of experience in coaching in general and over 7 years in snooker coaching in particular. I have a Level 1 certificate from Chris Henry, the benchmark in the snooker world. I continue to invest in more training to better support my clients. I also constantly invest in my coaching facility so that my clients can always be received in the best conditions. Thanks to my qualifications, I can cover all areas that are important to you as a snooker player: technical, neurological, psychological, systematic, physiological and nutritional. So you don't need multiple coaches.
  • I regularly receive tips from a good player in my club. Isn't that enough?
A good player is not necessarily a good coach. What works for him won't necessarily work for you. My expertise includes: technique mechanics and visuals, break building, tactics, cue ball physics, psychology, neuroscience, physiology and advanced training methods. I also have a sharp analytical view, great empathy and the patience of a saint. That is not given to everyone. I am a professional snooker coach. This means that you will receive my full attention and support. You won't find that with a good player in the club. His main concern is his own snooker game.
  • I can find everything on YouTube, right?
What you find on YouTube has nothing to do with snooker coaching. Rather, they are tips and tricks. At best they are general principles, at worst they are simply factual errors. It is then up to you to see the forest for the trees. My coaching is fact-based and completely tailor-made for the individual.
  • Can I cancel a session?
If you cannot attend due to illness or circumstances, you can cancel by sending me a message at least one day in advance. We will then look for a new date. You will not be charged for the canceled session. There are of course always cases of force majeure where you only have to cancel shortly before the session. I take that into account.
