Are there any additional costs such as table rental?

Accepted Answer

No. All sessions take place in my own coaching space, and table rental is always included in the price. There is free parking. Coffee, water, and a small snack are provided.

How can I pay?

You can pay in cash, by bank transfer, or with your banking app. If desired, I can send you an invoice.

Can I cancel a session?

Accepted Answer

Yes, that's possible. Please notify me at least a day in advance by message. We'll then find a new date together. In the event of unforeseen circumstances shortly before the session, I will, of course, also take your situation into account.

Question 4

What if I'm too early or too late for a session?

Accepted Answer

Please try to stick to the agreed-upon time—I schedule my days tightly, with sessions before and after your appointment. If you're delayed (e.g., due to traffic), please let me know. If possible, I'll still give you the full session. However, if someone is booked after you, the lost time will unfortunately be deducted from your session.

Can coaching also be provided at a location other than my home?

To help as many clients as possible under the best possible conditions and to work efficiently, I primarily receive clients at my home. In very specific cases, I travel. For example, if someone from abroad hires me for a few days, I'll be happy to assist. But in that case, there will be an additional charge, of course.

How long does a session last?

Accepted Answer

For individual coaching: A standard coaching session lasts two hours. Longer or shorter sessions can be scheduled upon request.

Where exactly does the coaching take place?

All sessions take place in my professional coaching space in Kapelle-op-den-Bos, with free parking at the door.
